The 36 month project meeting has taken place in Copenhagen on 3-4 December 2009.  10.10.2009 The project results have been highlighted by the EC at ICT-RESULTS news. For numerous reprints in general press see Media Coverage link. 23.06.2009 "Applied Plasmonics Workshop" co-organised by PLASMOCOM and PLEAS projects has taken place in Amsterdam during SPP4 conference with 360 participants.  22.06.2009 The project meeting has been held in Amsterdam during the SPP4 conference. Strong progress has been noted. 09.05.2009 "Nanophotonics: powering plasmonics" The results of the project have been overviewed in Photonics Spectra magazine. 11.02.2009 The 30 month project meeting has been held in Florence (Italy) on 11 February 2009. Significant progress in all workpackages has been reported.  01.11.2008 organised jointly with the project PLEAS will take place on 23 June 2009 during SPP4 conference. 03.10.2008 "Practical Y-splitter channels plasmons" The project progress has been reported in Opto & Laser Europe magazine. 25.09.2008 The 24 month project meeting has been held in Barcelona. Healthy developments were noted. 24.08.2008 Two Optics Express papers published in the same month by AAU, UB, QUB and LZH collaborations. 10.08.2008 Invited talk on DLSPPW by Alexander Bouhelier at SPIE Optics & Photonics Congress in San Diego (CA). 20.06.2008 Alexey Krasavin to deliver a keynote talk on DLSPPW technology at NFO-10 conference in September 2008. 22.02.2008 The 18 month project meeting has been held in Belfast on 21-22 February 2008.  20.01.2008 Silios represents PLASMOCOM at SPIE Photonics West (19-24 January 2008, San Jose, CA). Visit booth 6251. 26.09.2007 PLASMOCOM participated in EC FP6 Concertation meeting - Photonic Integrated Circuits/Integration of Photonic technologies, Brussels, 26 September 2007. The presentation on the current state-of-the-art of plasmonic nanowaveguides is available from the meeting web-site. 25.09.2007 PLASMOCOM exhibited at the SILIOS Technologies stand at OPTO-2007 exposition in Paris on 25-27 September 2007.  The 12 month meeting has taken place at the SILIOS Technologies facility in Aix en Provence on 10-11 September 2007. 13.06.2007 First two articles based on the project results have been published in May and June issues of Applied Physics Letters and Physical Review B, respectively. The project will be represented by several talks and posters at the SPP3 conference in Dijon in June. 02.02.2007 The 6 month meeting has taken place in Paris on 2 February 2007. A short meeting is planned in Dijon during the SPP3 consference in June. 17.10.2006 The Consortium meeting has taken place in London on 17 November 2006 in conjunction with the NoE Plasmo-nano-devices 6th Research Workshop and Council Meeting. 01.09.2006 The kick-off meeting has taken place in Hannover on 1 September 2006.
